I grew up on the Southside in Chesterfield and have spent my entire life in Central Virginia. I know these neighborhoods not because I studied them but because I lived in them. That local knowledge is something no algorithm or out of town agent can replicate.
With a Business Administration degree from VCU and a background in the insurance industry, I bring an analytical and detail oriented approach to every transaction. I look at contracts the way an analyst looks at data. I price homes the way a business owner thinks about value. And I communicate clearly and quickly because in real estate, silence is never a good sign.
I have been doing this since 2013 and every transaction I have taken on has closed successfully. When I am not working with clients you will find me at a smooth jazz concert, out cycling, in the gym, or behind a camera. I am also something of an audiophile which means I have a deep appreciation for quality and attention to detail in everything I do. That mindset carries over directly into how I approach real estate.
